Our Delivery Policies
By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers. By purchasing an item advertised on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Orders received prior to 1pm local time will be delivered same day, unless requested otherwise.
If you place your order after 1pm local time for same day delivery, we will try our best to deliver same day for you, but it may be delivered the following day.
Timed deliveries must be pre-arranged by phoning us direct on 0459 78 72 72 or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make the appropriate arrangements.
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we will find a place we deem to be safe to leave the flowers, and a calling card will be left, advising of where we have left the delivery, however we are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery
It is up to you to ensure that someone will be available to receive the delivery. If there is no safe place to leave the flowers, they will be returned to our studio. A 2nd delivery fee will be payable for redelivery.
Hospital deliveries - if the recipient has been discharged from hospital, then the flowers will be returned to our studio, and we will contact you to obtain the home address. A 2nd delivery fee will be charged. The patient being discharged is not cause to cancel your order.
If you have given us a wrong address we are more than willing to redeliver your order providing you pay for an additional delivery charge.
To avoid delay with your order, if you select the incorrect delivery charge when using our checkout, we reserve the right to charge your account the additional amount without confirmation.
We guarantee to deliver your flowers as requested. We also guarantee that your flowers will be delivered by a professional driver, in an air conditioned vehicle. We will ask the recipient to sign for their delivery. If the recipient is not at home, the delivery driver will note where the flowers were left in the signature panel, and a photo will be taken of the flowers in that location.
Valentines Day & Mothers Day Deliveries
Deliveries for our peak trading days will be between 7am and 6pm. Timed deliveries, such as AM or PM or specific times can not be allocated for these days due to the high volume of orders being delivered. Please ensure the recipient will be available at the allocated address during these hours. If delivering to a work address, please advise us of the recipients working hours and a backup delivery address in the notes section.
